Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24 - hr notice. Any appointments canceled with less than a 24 - hr notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. You will need to rebook and your deposit will be forfeited. No shows will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked. No shows for the second time will not be able to book appointment again + another 50% charge of service(s). If you are unwell, please reschedule within 24hrs. If you come in to your appointment sick, you will be sent home and charged full amount of the service book. I do not offer refunds. If theres any issues within the first 72hrs a free touch up or removal will be offered, this only applies if correct aftercare has been followed. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your service(s), so please ensure to let us know if theres anything you want to change or fix at the end of your appointment. And no children allowed or extra guests, unless the minor is getting a service done and the parents is here to supervise. Thank you for your understanding! I appreciate you all.
